PDF Organizer - Files Protect ("PDF Organizer - Files Protect", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

PDF Organizer - Files Protect is designed primarily as an on-device PDF and document utility. Core document functions, including organizing files with categories and color tags, combining PDF files, extracting pages, recognizing text with OCR, and reviewing or annotating documents, are generally performed locally on your device without forced uploads.
However, PDF Organizer - Files Protect also uses third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, and related software development kits ("SDKs"). These third-party services may process certain device, usage, advertising, diagnostic, and technical information as described below.

PDF Organizer - Files Protect may allow you to select, import, open, organize, edit, save, and share PDF files and other supported documents.
Files and documents used for the App's core document functions are processed primarily on your device. We do not intentionally upload or store the contents of your documents on our servers for ordinary PDF organization, editing, or management purposes.
Document access occurs only when you select a file or grant the relevant permission through iOS or the system document interface.
You may manage or revoke applicable permissions at any time through your device settings.
PDF Organizer - Files Protect may allow you to use your camera or select images from your photo library when you choose to scan a document or recognize text from an image or PDF page.
Camera captures and images selected for document scanning or OCR are processed primarily on your device for the requested function.
We do not intentionally upload the camera images or photos you select for the App's core document scanning or OCR functions to our servers.
PDF Organizer - Files Protect may process information contained in documents that you open, import, scan, organize, edit, or review.
Depending on the document and the feature you use, such information may include:

Deleting PDF Organizer - Files Protect from your device will generally remove locally stored App data, subject to any backup or restoration functions provided by Apple or other device services.
PDF Organizer - Files Protect does not require you to register or create an account to use its core PDF organization and document management functionality.
Accordingly, we do not require you to provide information such as your name, email address, password, or phone number to create a PDF Organizer - Files Protect account.
Although document content and selected files or images are processed locally, PDF Organizer - Files Protect integrates third-party services for purposes including:

Depending on the Firebase products enabled, Firebase may process technical, application, device, analytics, diagnostic, and identifier information.
Google notes that the exact Firebase disclosure requirements depend on which Firebase SDK targets and features are installed and enabled.
PDF Organizer - Files Protect uses Google AdMob or Google Mobile Ads services to display advertisements and measure advertising performance.
Google Mobile Ads may process device information, identifiers, IP addresses, advertising interactions, performance information, and related data for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.
Depending on your consent choices and applicable law, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
PDF Organizer - Files Protect may use Meta technologies, including the Meta/Facebook SDK or App Events, for advertising attribution, campaign measurement, analytics, and advertising optimization.
Meta SDK functionality may record information about application installs, sessions, launches, purchases where applicable, and other configured App Events.
PDF Organizer - Files Protect may use AppLovin advertising technologies, including AppLovin SDK or MAX, for advertising delivery, mediation, measurement, attribution, optimization, fraud prevention, and analytics.
AppLovin may process device, application, network, advertising identifier, advertising event, and related information depending on user permissions and advertising settings.
Where advertising mediation is used, additional advertising technology providers may participate in the delivery or measurement of advertisements.
Where required by law, information about participating advertising providers may also be presented through the consent interface available within the App.
These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and may act as independent controllers or processors depending on the relevant service and processing activity.

When you choose to share or open a document with a third-party service, that service may receive the file and technical information associated with the request.
